This ink is inspired by the vibrant neon signage that illuminated the district's transition from old-world cinema houses to a rising "Space Age" retail culture. It captures the optimistic blue of vintage airline posters and the glowing storefronts of theEver andState theaters, captured in the final window of time before the LRT-1 tracks forever partitioned the skyline and its light.
