Inspired by the Bukidnon Creation Myth wherein three divine beings crafted the world and named it "HALDAN TA PARAISO" which means 'Garden of Paradise'. It brrings to mind the verdant beauty of nature and the earth. "Umber [Haldan 1986]" is a complex earthy color that brings to mind both the richness of soil and the vibrancy of young leaves
This particular version of the story was sourced from "The Bukidnon Batbatnon and Pamuhat: A Socio-Literacy Study, Vol II Part I", first published in the year 1986 and written by Carmen Ching Unabia.
