This ink is named after former Filipino president Carlos P. Garcia who refused to cooperate with the Japanese forces during WWII. Garcia is also from Bohol known for their majestic and lush 'chocolate hills' whose grasses change color from green to brown during the summer.

This ink is a desaturated olive green with faint undertones of brown.
